On Thursday, January 9th, our nation will observe a National Day of Mourning to honor the life and legacy of President Jimmy Carter, a leader whose deep compassion, commitment to service, and advocacy for humanity have left an indelible mark on our world. While North Kitsap schools will remain in session, we encourage our school community to take a moment to reflect on President Carter’s lasting impact.
